Ripsaw HD is stuck in unspecified on my computer.

Im running a dual PC setup and for some reason part of the capture card installation is in the unspecified state. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse and Obs Studio. Use every USB 3.0 Port on My Computer. (I also have a 3.0 Expansion card in my computer). My Computer is passing through the signal to my gaming monitor, but on Obs on my other computer its not receiving anything. The synapse software also keeps updating my resolution saying its 1080p60. Is there any driver or something im missing?
Hi there! Can you share a video of the issue? Is the Ripsaw HD recognized properly by the PC? What is it recognized as?
