Ripsaw HD - No audio capture from console

Hello I recently purchased a Razer Ripsaw HD and have not been able to get any audio captured through it from consoles such as Xbox Series X and PS4. I have added an audio capture device and set it correctly as per all guidance available and there is no audio capture at all. I've used the official cables, as well as backup cables and still nothing. I've tried the same methods connecting to OBS and streamlabs and no audio across either. Can you please advise? The serial number for my unit is 542116L02201644
