Ripsaw HD - no in game chat

I bought a Ripsaw HD so I could stream to OBS, I get the game audio coming through but no in game audio in Warzone and you cant hear my team mates or death comms through the capture card to OBS. I have set my Xbox audio output to HDMI headphones &speakers. I have Arctis 7 headset so it's wireless but I can hear in game and my mic works and is coming through. please help

Does the behavior happen to other games while streaming? And yes, the output game chat should be set over HDMI. I've seen from the OBS forums that there was an update in Warzone that pushed party/in-game chat only over a headset when in use instead of both headset and HDMI output. Refer to this link.
