I submitted an RMA case for my mouse, I know it's taking you guys a while to get back to people, but it has been 17 days so far. I'm not too sure when the warranty runs out for my mouse either and I would email but that's taken a while to get back too as well so I hope if I post here I may get some type of response.



My mouse has a problem when I scroll down it inputs a scroll up command also. So... When I am scrolling down through a web page for instance it will just randomly scroll up, also. This also affects games when I switch weapons out for instance. Sometimes it will randomly swap weapons also. This problem has affected my mouse for a while but due to the corona, I decided to wait for some normality to resume to follow up on the problem. Thank you for any help given, it's really appreciated.

Hi there! Thanks for understanding our Support Team's situation. And yes, this not an excuse for you to not receive an update. By the way, have you tried connecting the mouse to a different USB port or computer? Does the issue happen while Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Have you performed the Razer Synapse clean re-installation? If you're using Razer Synapse 3.0, please reset the mouse under the Razer Synapse settings and see if it helps.
