How do I start an RMA/Warranty for my keyboard? Certain keys (mainly the A, but w, t, ctrl and shift are also giving me issues) are either not registering or triple registering making this keyboard useless for gaming and typing for work. I took the keycaps off to clean it and there was no debris stuck or anything like that. I haven’t spilled anything on the board. Haven’t moved it. It just stopped working. I updated synapse and uninstalled it to see if synapse was the issue but that did not solve. Swapped which USB ports it was plugged into on my desktop.

I just purchased in January it should NOT be having these issues already…

Purchased this Blackwidow V4 Pro new through Best Buy and it is past their return window but I believe razer will still honor a warranty? The website is just taking me in circles. Please help :(

Hopefully you figured it out. I had the same issue and got in contact with support to get a replacement for my V4 Pro bought at Best Buy.

If not, go to https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support then click on PC Products → Peripherals → Keyboards and you should be asked to put in your serial number. At that point you’ll be asked to troubleshoot some cleaning and software solutions. Personally I had done all these things before even getting to this point. Also, I screen recorded myself typing a short sentence several times in notepad to demonstrate my “E” key being problematic (same issues you describe).

Having done the above steps, I was able to show support my recording and it was pretty easy from there. Personally, I paid up front for a new V4 Pro to be sent to me before I shipped them the bad one. You will have the option to do it the other way around, but I was told it could take up to 10 business days just from the point of them receiving the keyboard to have any turnaround time.
