RMA Delay!

How long does it take for an RMA request to be approved and for the replacement product to be shipped?
I had my RMA approved on the 12th of November regarding the replacement of my mouse and since then I haven't received any updates from their team.. Even tried talking to the customer support members several times to which they said that they'll update me within 24hours but nothing from them either.

This isn't what we hoped you'd experience. Peripheral RMAs could take up to two weeks (shipping included) depending on the availability of the device. Please PM me your case number so I can check what's going on and hopefully move things along.
