I have an issue with my deathstalker v2 keyboard. I asked razer to check it, in which occasion they asked me to return the keyboard for testing. Im in the UK. they provided a 4 page FedEx label. I printed it and went to the nearest fedex drop off which was 30 mins drive. Only to be told they cant scan the label. I drop to 2 more up to 1.5 hour drive, same issue. Label comes with an error.
Im trying to explain this to support, sent pictures of the error they get on the device when scanning the code, for razer to tell me to go to an "official" FedEx centre like its the easiest thing in the UK. I asked for an alternative, Evri, Royal Mail, even Yodel. No answer.
Then I received an auto email urging me to post the device as im running out of time.
For £250 worth of product, the support is absolutely zero. I want this solved so at least im not £250 out of pocket, but i never buy anything from Razer again. What a joke.
