RAZER BLADE ADVANCE MODEL 15 2022



I have been very patient with razer for sometime now. been having the same issue since november, did all their technical support to no avail, sent it to RMA in January and was sent back "fixed". when i got the laptop it was still the same issues over and over again. I sent it back for "white glove repair" now it has been 10 days since it arrived at their warehouse, and I havent gotten any update, all they are saying its being processed. I need to know where is my laptop! this is a $3000 laptop, and this is the customer service they can give?



Mind you, in my 1st RMA, I waited for a 1 week to get my RMA number, even though they said 48hours, and thats me constantly contacting them for it. on my second RMA number the same thing. When the Package arrived in their center, I waited 2-3 days, and then called them and they JUST SAW it arrived in their warehouse and scheduled a pick up. Now their chat function support is not working anymore
