I bought a Razer BLACKSHARK V2 PRO on august 25ty 2024, from a BESTBUY. It is not working. Still under warranty. How do I get a RMA number so I can return it? Your website says the below but there no link on the support.razer.com/contact-us/ to get the RMA number. Frustrating to say the least. Please help! thanks
