i bought a razer laptop 3 months ago and the motherboard went out, i have provided documentation that i purchased threw MICROCENTER and razer has not contacted me, its been over 2 weeks since i put in for a RMA process and no contact what so ever, i am very disappointed on their lack of acknowledgment and their web page can have better web development, lack of RMA polices , i feel like they sold me a lemon for $3999 was the price for this unit, i need help solving this matter
