I bought my Razer Nari Ultimate during Razer CES 2020 Appreciation on 29/1/2020 on Razerstore Online. Unfortunately, my Razer Nari Ultimate battery life went faulty and it only lasted 5 min when using wireless mode.
Weirdly enough I only just realized I had never receive any e-mail from Razer regarding my purchase when I need to RMA my Razer Nari Ultimate.
I tried to contact the CS to RMA my Razer Nari Ultimate, and I believe Razer are able to trace my order through using my name, address and e-mail address according to Razer Warranty Policy. I had been providing these information to CS and yet they are unable to find my purchase order.
Finally, I managed to trace back a conversation with my friend where I took a picture of my purchase order to show it to my friend. Although the picture is a little bit blur because it was downloaded from Whatsapp, I thought the picture would help greatly in assisting the CS hence I uploaded the picture for the CS but sadly the CS seems clueless and inform me again that the purchase order couldn't be trace! The picture clearly show the email I used to made the purchase and the order is there too.
So the question is , did anyone here experience before where your order couldn't be trace at all although you legitimately bought it from Razer Online Store itself...
