I would like to request an RMA number, I’ve seen other people on these forums get replies from employees so I’m hoping for a response, thanks.

Please be informed that you can initiate an RMA via our Support Page. However, I'm here to offer troubleshooting assistance should you prefer that route. If it turns out that the device is indeed defective, I can submit a case on your behalf.
