I have tried contacting razer support, but I need a serial number for it which I no longer have. I put the correct address on the shipping label and they said it was delivered to a completely different address and signed off to julio?? I don't know anyone named that and nobody in my building is named that. I tried emailing razer support and calling but neither worked so this is my last resort.
