My Razer blade 15 purchased less than 1 month ago has been received since July 12, 2024 by the repair service for a screen failure and the promise of treatment in 3 days is clearly a lie.

Unfortunately for me it is my work tool and since then my activity has been at a total standstill.

I'm not even talking to you about the cost that this represents.

It's July 30, 2024 and this is clearly a call for help

a replacement PC?

an exchange?

a refund? so that I can buy a new one

anything but please find me a solution I have a family to feed ...

There are enough of these “WTF Happened to my RMA?!?!” posts that we should consider a class action suit.
