i have razer deathadder essential mouse it was RMA before but now they are not accepting due to this new mouse the serial number not match to the current bill and unable to submit this mouse for rma rejecting due to wrong serial number on mail from kaizen this new mouse serial number IO2335H19408911 old mouse serial number PM2135H19407289 please help me sort this out
