Robotic Audio distortion on my Barracuda X Chrome

Hello,

 

I got those nice Razer Barracuda X Chrome Phantom Green as a Borthday present from my fiance. Excited i tried them out but after some minutes the spund gets distorted and robotic.

 

I was using the wireless dongle on my PC.

Read alot of Problems with firmware, software.

Deinstalled everything, updated everything. Used diffrent USB ports, relocated the dongle away from USB3.x. Changed all the wofo to 5gHz. 

 

Even when i am using the Headphones with dongle on my phone the same Audio distortion happens after ~ 2 Minutes pf usage.

 

Is there any solution? All i can find on the internet is "i refunded them got other headphones"

 

really dpnt want to do that so pls is there anything i can do?

 

Refund from Amazon is not possible anymore cause it expired at my birthday so thats a unlucly aswell....
