rochi v2 mouse started to fail

my orochi v2 mouse started to fail playing valorant, at the beginning it only disconnected for 3 seconds but it reconnected normally, the fact is that it no longer connects to the pc, it only tries to connect and disconnects again in an infinite loop, the bluetooh works correctly

Have you tried updating the Synapse 3 app so it can fetch necessary updates for your device? You can also run the pairing utility tool by following the steps here.
