Roller doesn' works.

Hi! I have a problem with razer synapse 3. When I turn synapse 3 and I login to my profil I can't use roller in my chroma ornata v2 to volume up and down. But when I don't running synapse 3, roller normally works. What could be the problem? Regards.

    Please reset the keyboard by going to the Razer Synapse settings. Also, check if the issue is happening while the device is connected to another USB port or computer.
