Row of Keys No Longer Working

Hello, the 1 to = row of keys have stopped taking input, lighting still functions for them though. The . key on the num pad has also stopped taking input. This all started suddenly earlier today. I have the Razer Ornata Chroma, and have used this keyboard for a bit over two years now. I've tried the replugging in while pressing esc and caps lock trick, as well as restarting my computer. No luck. Also no luck when using the keyboard with a different computer.
