Hi there,
I have the problem that, all of a sudden my RTX 2070 is running at 300Mhz Clockspeed, after it worked great for 2 years. I found out the cause in GPU-Z.
It shows PerfCap Reason : Pwr, Thrm
But my Temps are cool (see screenshot), and Power should be okay too.
Could it be that maybe it overheated once and the flags didnt get reset or something ?
How can I reset them?
Does anybody have some experience with this?
