Appreciate any and all thoughts and support as I am stumped.
I have a three year old razer Basilisk ultimate that randomly stops working until I either turn off the PC or switch my usb hub to another machine (problem occurs when I don't use the hub as well). Hppens with my work laptop and gaming PC and have not been able to nail down a pattern.
Hard wired it works just fine, tried the dongle in every usb port possible, and using the dock that comes with it as well and move it around the room for better connection (it does happen within three feet).
Tried firmware upgrade, the linking tool, uninstall/reinstall of synapse.
I am using a logitech G915tkl and never has a problem, just the mouse.
Thoughts?
