my numpad suddently are not working. some can be use such as 1,2,3,7,8&9 others can’t. is there any other alternative to fix this problem.
Does the issue happen to your Razer Ornata while the Synapse is disabled or closed? Were there any incidents before the issue that could have triggered the key malfunction? Try using compressed canned air to clean the affected keys and see if it helps. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional help.
