I am trying to find where I can get the drivers for the devices in the screenshot included. I have tried to do the automatic update with Windows but cannot get it to succeed. This happened after a fresh Window install onto SSD. Appreciate any and all help!

The screenshot won’t give any information about what the drivers actually are specifically. However, after a fresh install sometimes motherboards and devices will have certain hardware that Windows can’t get the correct drivers for, you’ll have to go the manufactures website for your computer and install any of the necessary driver packages they supply.
This is a pretty common annoyance when building a computer, where higher end motherboards come with non standard network controllers that require specific drivers to function.
