Can Razer please provide us with the recovery image?
The device was released in 2020. Your own website states that recovery images are available for seven years. It is now 2026. Can Razer count?
Why does Razer make obtaining a recovery image such a hassle in the first place? You can't seriously tell me that Razer doesn't have the resources to keep 1–2 TB of storage available for old recovery images. If storage is really the issue, I would be happy to donate a 4-bay NAS to Razer. I already own one and would gladly help solve this apparently impossible challenge.
Customers should not have to go through account registrations, support tickets, login requirements, and proof-of-purchase requests just to reinstall the original software on an old device.
If a product reaches legacy status, simply provide the final recovery image as a public download and archive it. This would save both customers and support staff a lot of unnecessary frustration.
At the end of the day, all I am asking for is access to the factory recovery image for a six-year-old laptop that I legally own and can identify by its serial number.
