RZ09-0357 BIOS Updating

I'm doing a BIOS update and its been several hours sitting on the "Book 13 Updater" page. After 10 minutes the computer goes to sleep, would this be causing a problem? The green status bar of the update has been consistently sitting at 98% with no further progress (for at least 3 hours now). The important note clearly says not to force power off but at this point I'm not sure it functioning properly, what should I do?

    That's odd. Were you able to finish the BIOS update? If you haven't, please submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM so I can initiate a case number on your behalf. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
