After dealing with razer for almost a month now on two razer basilisk ultimate mice that got broken with their own recent update and being given a run around for so long to say after almost 20 years of buying razer products to say i’m throughly disgusted is the biggest understatement of the year.
This whole rma process, they want me to do, kind of.. apparantly if you own two razer mice it’s a no no, have yet to find it in the EULA, but according to their own help people, which i feel didn’t even graduate kindergarten, that’s a no no.
So first i want to do a PSA and tell everyone if you like razer products never buy two mice of the same type. You’ll only give yourself a headache.
I also feel that everyone’s who’s been given a run around by razer support that’s it’s a breach of contract and we should all sue them.
Treating your paying customers like this is a disgrace.
