He cambiado la batería o pila de mi razer y cuando volví a colocarlo dejo de funcionar no enciende ni parpadea a la hora de encenderlo.

Necesito ayuda. Quisiera saber el porque de ese problema que me surgió de la nada.

This translate as:
I changed the battery in my Razer, and when I put it back in, it stopped working. It doesn't turn on or blink when I turn it on. I need help. I'd like to know the cause of this problem that suddenly appeared.

Hi smartLightOrangeONYX104,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed after changing the battery. To ensure clear communication and avoid misunderstandings, please respond in English if possible.

Let's try to troubleshoot and check the cause of the issue with your mouse. Pease help me answer the following questions below:

  • Was the device working fine before you changed the battery?
  • When did the issue start occurring? Was it immediately after the battery change?
  • Were there any changes made to your device prior to the issue?
  • Were there any incidents that happened to your device prior to the issue?
  • Is there any noticeable physical damage to the device?

Also, please do the following steps below to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Ensure that the AA battery is installed correctly, with the positive and negative ends matching the markings inside the battery compartment.
2. Try using a new AA battery to see if the device powers on.
3. Make sure the battery contacts inside the device are clean. You can gently clean them with a dry cloth or a cotton swab to remove any dirt or corrosion.
4. Check for the damage in battery compartment and door for any damage that might prevent proper battery connection
5. If possible, test the AA battery in another device to verify that the battery itself is working.

To proceed with warranty validation, please PM the device serial number and proof of purchase. Thank you for your cooperation.
