Guys please help me. s key not working on my keyboard
Check if the issue happens while the keyboard is plugged into another USB port or computer. Ensure that the device is connected to your computer's USB port, not on a hub. Also, if it is Synapse 3.0 supported, please reset the keyboard through the app's settings and see if it helps.
