Hello, I requested help from live support today. I received a device from customs, but the Razer s/n was found on the bottom of the package. Those who came to inspect it copied and used the code. That's why I requested support. The support staff asked for my e-mail address and said that a new serial number or something like that would be sent to me by e-mail during the day and that my problem would be resolved after the e-mail, but they did not send me an e-mail.
