Sans cloudbase setups.

I'm running a Windows Xp pro 64 bit tower with issues with browsers but I can log onto Unreal Tournament and play but I need a full program download, not a cloud base install one because I don't have a working browser. Where can I get the a full program?

    Ok, so I exported my Tartarus Chroma setup files to a thumb drive. Now all I need is a full program install without the cloud access. Is there a way I can use the files in my laptop to install the Razer program on my Xp machine?
