Saved Profiles does not work on Razer Cobra Pro

MizzarVE

I have an issue with the saved profiles on my Razer Cobra Pro mouse, I saved them in Windows 11 and then in my MacBook Pro does not work. In both operating systems the mouse was conected throw bluetooth, is there a solution for this misbehavior?

Some additional data:
General:
- The stored profiles just set different RGB configurations.

In Windows 11:
- I've installed Synapse 3 and connected the mouse throw Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz
- Profiles were saved in the onboard memory of the mouse
- In this OS the profiles works well clicking the button below, the only extrenge thing is that the led doesn't change to designeted color for corresponding profile

In macOS Sonoma (14.5):
- I've connected the mouse throw Bluetooth
- In this OS the profiles doesn't works well clicking the button below, the only extrenge thing is that the led (contrary to Windows) change to designeted color for corresponding profile

Chroma settings are not stored into onboard profile.

For macos you can try using 3rd party app Razer macOS: https://github.com/1kc/razer-macos to control Chroma settings (dunno if Cobra Pro is supported - you might check, because the main core of this app is openRazer which fully supports it).

Thanks @FiszPL, that explain everything.

I tried to use the app that you mentioned before, but it doesn’t compatible with Cobra Pro.

On the other hand, I installed OpenRGB and managed to change the settings, but only if the mouse is connected via USB cable or USB dongle, but bluetooth doesn´t work.
