Hello Razer Gold Support,

I accidentally scratched off part of my Razer Gold gift card PIN, and some characters are no longer visible. I still have the physical card and the serial number/barcode. Could you please help me recover the missing PIN characters or assist me with redeeming the card?

I can provide clear photos of the card and proof of purchase if required.

Please attach a picture of both sides of the defective card along with its receipt of purchase.
