This is John who previously purchased your Razer Kraken X from (Shoppee PH).



It has been a while since this Razer has been purchased however we are trying to set up this Krakken X headset for surround sound. As I was scratching the card lightly, the letters are unreadable and the it seems that the plastic film came off with the silver layer that we needed to scratch.



We would like to request for your assistance in getting another code if possible.
