I sent a ticket

Tried to live chat and it's nor responded too

    Hello,
    If you’ve submitted a ticket, then you’re fine. Sometimes it just take more time to handle the requests.

    Also please don’t contact any people on Insider, that doesn’t have official Razer Staff / Support badge. They want to impersonate real support, and steal your card.
