Hi, I recently bought a razer kraken headset and while scrathcing off the code, some paper came off and now some letters and numbers are gone. Is it possible to get a new code?

    Hi i have the same issue, i scratched off some numbers and letters and the whole thing is now unreadable. please someone from support help me out.

    same i scratched mine as gentle as i could and got me nowhere so i started to scratch it harder and now its basically gone lol. someone help
