Scratched off last part of Surround Sound Activation Code

Hello, I recently purchased and registered a Razer Kraken X headset. However in trying to get the code I scratched off the end of the code and cant see the last 5 or 6 characters. Obviously I'm pissed because now I can't activate the surround sound. What should I do?
