I bought two cards in the store and when I scratched off the pins some of the numbers were unreadable. I asked my friend who I am given the cards to for help in identifying the missing numbers, but we were unsuccessful. I contacted Razer support for help and they tell me the pins have already been used. I don’t understand how that’s possible because my friend said you can’t redeem the pin when it’s incomplete. I haven’t used the pin and neither has my friend. Am I just out the money I used to load the cards or if there something that can be done about this?

Have you tried reaching out to the reseller? They may have a process for dealing with issues related to gift cards that were faulty or improperly handled. If you believe that the cards were tampered with or fraudulently used, consider reporting the issue to the retailer and potentially local authorities, as well as filing a report with the fraud department.
