I have recently got my Razer Kraken X and when setting up the surround sound software included in my purchase I was unsure of how to see my activation code on my card underneath the surface, so I scratched it off and now some of the characters are missing. I have the product serial number and receipt if needed. Thank you.

Have you contacted our Support Team or your reseller? If you haven't, please click this link or send me a PM. Please be aware that a damaged scratch card due to mishandling is not part of Razer's limited warranty. I'll be locking this thread now.
