Scratched the product code for my Kraken X
I scratched some letters of the product code by accident for my kraken x surround sound 7.1 and it became unreadable, is there anyway I can still redeem the product code or receive a new one?

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.
Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread
Prepare the followings~~~
- Name
- S/N
- P/N
- Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
- Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
- Photo of the damaged Activation Code
