Screen dims when starting up laptop, but it's not Adaptive Display Brightness

When I start up my Razer Blade Pro, the screen starts normal for a split second then I notice it dims slightly. I have no idea what's causing it, but I have tried to disable adaptive brightness and that was no help. Does anyone have any idea or has this happened to you? Thanks in advance!

    Have you changed anything with the power settings? For now, please test if this happens on different power and performance modes. You will also want to check if this happens when plugged in or when on battery mode. Do send me the serial number and a screenshot of your MSINFO32. I can use those to look into possible BIOS and Firmware updates. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
