I am having trouble submitting a case to Razer support at the moment, so I thought I'd post it here.



Over the past months I have repeatedly experienced something unusual with my Razer Blade stealth 13 2019 (GTX).

The laptop will freeze, screen freezes. After I restart, the monitor flickers continuously. If I turn off the laptop for a while, things are back to normal upon restart. I am afraid of a potential hardware issue that some day may lead to device failure. Understandably, I have hope to enjoy this high-end product for several years.
