about 4 times per day my screen will freeze and this will show. If anybody has had this issue and knows the reason, please do share!

I’d try installing the newest available graphic drivers. But before installing them you can use DDU software (Display Driver Uninstaller): https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html to clean OS from older drivers.
Also you can run cmd as administrator, and type sfc /scannow to scan your OS files for any corruption (if there will be some, it’ll automatically fix them).
