Hi all,

When i am plugging my charging cable into my blade 15 laptop, not immediately, but shortly afterwards my laptops screen will turn completely black and become totally unresponsive, the only way i can get it to come back online is by turning the laptop off, having to hold down the power button until the white light flicker as the laptop will not turn back on otherwise, and then turn it back on. This problem doesn’t happen unless it is plugged in, is it the charging cable itself and will i need to invest in a new one?

I’m no whiz with a computer, but i have updated my drivers and updated windows as suggested online, but to no luck.
