My son has the 2019 laptop and last night it gave a bunch of weird messages then shut off. Now the logo lights up and the keys Light up and change color but she screen is black. Won’t show anything. Any ideas what is going on? We tried to us an HDMI cord and hook it up to the TV to see if it would show on the TV and it wouldn’t work. Said bad connection. Please help
