So, I would like to preface this with some background information. My 14' Razer Blade laptop was damaged by the TSA last year and I had been struggling to get them to reimburse me for the damages to no avail. And it took a year to even get any good responses from them. They denied my claim, sadly, and so I'm here to see if there's anything Razer can do to replace the screen on my laptop. Everything still works fine, except the huge cracked screen down the middle.
That being said, I realize my laptop is out of support. But I do not mind paying to have the screen replaced. I just wanted to know if I can send it in to Razer support for this, or am I just out of luck and need to try a 3rd party repair store? And what steps do I need to take to have this done, if Razer can do so? (Also, if anyone knows the ballpark amount that this would cost, that would be immensely helpful too).
Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that. Please PM me a photo of the cracked screen and the serial number of your laptop. I can help you start a repair ticket using those. I do not have visibility over parts and repair costs, but you should receive a rough estimate from our Systems Team once we get the ticket up and running.
