Screen Replacement 15 advance 2019

Hello Razer Support, I’m currently having some issues with my laptop. The screen recently turned black, out of a sudden. I don’t know if it’s a cable issue or a dead screen. Here is a link with a photo and video of the issue. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-1OO_pm3Fwe9sdlJR406mlwXbYgHag0h My product number is RZ09-0301 The screen model is LQ156M1JW03 I could find some places to get the same screen but not the cable. Also is there a different screen with better resolution that could be compatible? Thanks!

To further isolate the issue, did you already try the steps here? Otherwise, it's a hardware problem and it's best if you can send over your laptop for a repair. PM me the serial number so I can validate the model of your laptop and share a copy of your receipt so I can check its warranty. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
