Screen Sleep/Turn Off Settings Always Reverting

Our Razer Blade 15 Base Model (1660 ti) is always reverting the screen sleep/turn off settings back to 15 minutes. I set it up to never turn off the screen even if I'm away and not using the laptop, however, when I come back, the screen is turned off and when I check the settings, it's back to 15 minutes. Is this a Razer issue or a Windows 10 issue? Heck, is this a BIOS settings issue?

    Is this happening right out of the box, and do you get the same results on battery and when plugged in? In any case, try to disable Synapse and observe if the problem persists. Do note that this is an OS-level setting, so this may be a tricky endeavor. That said, I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of your laptop, along with your Synapse logs and a screenshot of your MSINFO32. I can use those to verify the model of your device and take a closer look at your system. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
