Hello, my screen went black while playing video games, I’ve tried to connect it to an external monitor to check if that was working, still black, any fixes to this? Keyboard is still lit up when turning on, no matter what the screen stays black.

    It seems like a hardware issue since the Blade is still not displaying anything on an external monitor. Please try performing the steps from this article.
