The “script” key, next to the shift key, has stopped working.
I have already reset the keyboard following instructions but said key is still inoperative. Any solution?

What specific keyboard are you currently using? Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall its drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "device" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer device and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t work, then send me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
