Hi! I'm new to the Razer product. Can you assist me, I have Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed, as the title suggests above, the scroll wheel of the mouse seems to be less sensitive, as I need to press harder down to activate the scroll wheel click. I usually pressed down firmly until it *clicks but it doesn't register as a scroll click, I need to press down a little bit harder to activate the scroll click. I found it a little bit annoying to press it harder, as I didn't have that issue on my previous other brand mouse and also I'm left handed, and trying to use my Basilisk in my right hand, and my right hand struggles to do the scroll click because I need to press it harder. I don't think I've ever dropped the mouse, etc.
Can anyone help me, I'm a bit worried because of this, do I need to send it for warranty?
